Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Ikkatdoor, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to maintain quality and authenticity. However, if you face an issue with your order, exchanges or refunds may be considered strictly under the terms mentioned below.

By placing an order on ikkatdoor.com, you agree to the following Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

 


 

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To apply for any return, refund, or exchange, customers must provide:

  • A clear box opening video recorded at the time of opening the parcel.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed courier package

    • The complete unboxing process

    • The product inside the parcel

⚠️ Important

  • Requests without a valid box opening video will not be accepted.

  • This requirement helps prevent shipping disputes and product replacement fraud.

 


 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange request will be considered only if:

  • The product ( Saree )  is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The product is in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging remain intact.

  • The original invoice/receipt is included.

  • The item was purchased directly from the Ikkatdoor website.

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

 


 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Kurta

  • Kurta Set

  • Palazzo

  • Blouse

  • All stitched garments

  • Any customized or altered product

  • Products where blouse stitching has been completed

  • Sarees where fall & pico work has been done

These items are treated as customized garments, therefore returns and refunds are not applicable.

 


 

Size Issue Policy

For size-related issues:

  • Refunds will not be provided.

  • We may assist in size correction or exchange, subject to product availability.

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Product

If a product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A box opening video clearly showing the damage is mandatory.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange or replacement.

 


 

Return Request Timeframe

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The returned product must reach our address within 10 days from delivery.

  • Requests must be submitted via email.

 


 

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us on support@ikkatdoor.comikkatdoor@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order Number

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Box opening video

    • Product photos (if damaged)

  3. After approval, ship the product via a traceable courier service.

  4. Share the courier tracking details via email.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

  • The product will first undergo inspection at our warehouse.

  • ₹300 per product will be deducted towards shipping and restocking charges.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded.



Payment Method for Refund

  • All prepaid order refunds will be processed to the same payment source used during checkout.

  • Refund will be credited to the same Bank Account, UPI ID, Credit Card, or Debit Card used for payment.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after product verification.

  • For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide the following bank details to process any applicable refund:

    • Account Holder Name

    • Bank Name

    • Account Number

    • IFSC Code

    • Branch Name

 


 

Exchange Limitation

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.

  • We reserve the right to reject multiple exchange requests for the same product.

 


 

Damage Due to Usage

Our return policy does not cover damage caused by:

  • Wear and tear

  • Improper handling

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper washing or care

 


 

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If a customer raises a payment dispute or chargeback with the bank or payment gateway without contacting us first:

  • The customer may be restricted from placing future orders.

  • All relevant documents including order records, shipping proof, and communication logs will be submitted to the payment gateway dispute team.

 


 

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of transactions on ikkatdoor.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India only.
